Create a link between two different PowerPoint presentations.
It is not easy to discover oneself in a fleeting moment of good fortune and gracefulness. Therefore, it is preferable to rely on chance as little as possible or not at all. If you want to link one PowerPoint presentation to another, you need to make sure that both presentations are located in the same folder. Whenever you do this, you will not have any problems. When you are certain of this, continue with the steps that are below.
Make the presentation more cohesive by employing the Action button as a connecting device.
Go to the ‘Action Settings’ menu and select the ‘Hyperlink to’ option.

As was just discussed, ensure that all of the relevant files for the slide presentation can be accessed from the same computer. It is recommended that you save them on the hard disk or a local flash drive as a best practice.
1.To connect the presentation, make use of the tool provided by the Action Button.
As you can see in the graphic that is displayed above, the term “Activation Function” will serve as the connecting connection between the two presentations that we have prepared.
Therefore, choose the term, and then navigate to the ‘insert’ tab located on the Ribbon menu. There, look for a button labeled “Actions,” and if you’ve located it, choose it.
2.In the “Action Settings” section, select the “Hyperlink to” option.
Now, when the box labeled “Action Settings” appears, choose the “Hyperlink To” option from the drop-down menu.
If you check the box, the menu that is located beneath it will become accessible to you. Click the “Other PowerPoint Presentation” option that appears here.
3. Add Hyperlink to slide
By selecting this option, you will be able to navigate via File Explorer in order to locate the presentation that you would like to connect to.
To continue, choose the “OK” button.
You will now get a list of the slides that are included in the presentation that you are connecting to at this moment.
You need just select the slide to which you would want to link, and then click the “OK” button.After you have verified the action, you will be able to view the file path of the second presentation immediately under the box labeled “Hyperlink To.” Hit ‘Ok’ again.
