Choose the reporting process you want to use. Your choice will serve as the default. If you want to modify it for each individual message, you must first choose the choices, alter them, and then decide whether to classify the message as junk mail or fraudulent.
If Microsoft mistakenly designated anything as junk mail but you are certain it is not, use the Not Junk function. If you go to Outlook’s Junk folder and choose the item you wish to label as Not Junk, it will be returned to your Inbox.
